If you experience any of these on an ongoing basis, you should contact your physician immediately. You may be allergic to the Humalog Mix 50/50. Also, you should cease from using the insulin drug during that time.

There are some things you need to know in regards to storing the Humalog Mix 50/50. It can be stored in the refrigerator, but not the freezer. When stored, the insulin drug should remain in the original packaging. It should be stored between 36 degrees Fahrenheit and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. You should only use it up to the expiration date that is on the packaging. Any leftover insulin after that should be discarded. The Humalog Mix 50/50 should never be stored in light or adverse heat or cold conditions.
